This is the tartan that is used for 'school kilts' it is a special weave, but it is great for both gents and ladies. Dancers are encouraged to get a kilt made out of the school tartan as it helps make our performances very sharp, and having a school kilt makes it easy to sell once the dancer grows out of it to a new student.
